We study a framework of a problem-solving environment(PSE): PSE Park. The PSE Park is a PSE for PSE: One PSE can be constructed in the framework of PSE Park. Each component of PSE Park is a kind of module. The PSE Park in a module-based meta PSE. Each module is called as "Core" in the PSE Park. In this Paper a wrapping function for legacy programs and a navigation function are presented.

In this paper, we introduce an engine called the PIPE Server in the Problem Solving Environment (PSE) Park; it enables us to construct a PSE easily. The PIPE Sever is the main engine in the PSE Park. In the PSE Park, a PSE is constructed with some Cores. A Core is the function of a PSE and the PIPE Server manages these Cores. PIPE Server is strongly related with the database in PSE Park. The database is x4u, a kind of distributed key-value store. PIPE Server manages process sequence in a PSE and execute Cores by using x4u. The cooperation of PIPE Server and x4u contribute the efficient process execution.

This paper describes a PSE (Problem Solving Environment) which is constructed by using a cooperation of some Web-based module agents handled on one or more Web servers as a calculation server. A simple processing by combination with some Web-based modules is already possible, because Web service technologies have been progressed. A middleware that is a basic program for Web-based module agents’cooperation is deployed to Web servers. An agent which is a Web-based module program is provided as contents by Web server to servers. A PSE system comprised of a simple Web- based module behaves in a complicated way, because it is a distributed cooperation in async by agents.

eラーニングの形成的テストは,学習者が学習内容の理解度を確認するための主体的学習に利用されている.また,その学習履歴データは,学習者の学習状況を把握することに利用できる.形成的テストを有効に利用するためには,テスト問題の質と量を充実させるとともに,学習者の理解度を把握するための学習履歴情報の提示も重要である.そこで,Moodle上でプログラミング教育のための穴埋め問題の生成とその学習履歴を活用して学習者の理解度を把握するための情報提示を行うモジュールの追加を検討する.

This paper describes about PSE (Problem Solving Environment) that is constructed using cooperation of some Web based agents which process on one or more servers for users to concentrate on a problem solving. A behavior of one simple Web based agent is predictable about, because a simple Web based agent carries out only simple processing respectively. However, behaviors by cooperation of two simple Web based agents become less simple. Furthermore, behaviors by cooperation of some simple Web based agents are complicated. This paper considers behavior of some agents seen when some simple problems were solved.

Internet became popular and important to many users. A simple processing in combination with some modules is already possible because Web service technologies have been progressed. Resource of various Web servers connected to Internet is also possible to share. This paper describes a PSE is constructed with Web modules that carries out only simple processing respectively for four-coloring map problem.

The Robotic CAR@MEL was developed as a device for carrying out multipurpose use in education. A control program for the Robotic CAR@MEL can be made easily using a workflow tool which we developed. Furthermore, we developed the evaluation system of a control program, in order to support teachers and students who use the Robotic CAR@MEL in information education, etc. In this paper, we present about the Robotic CAR@MEL and the evaluation system. Moreover, we introduce about some approaches which used these as support environment in education.

情報処理を不得意とする学生には,自ら考えることを苦手としている者が多い.筆者らは,PICで制御を行うロボティックカーを開発し,これまで小学生,中学生,高専生といった様々な層の学生に対して最適化学習の取り組みを行ってきた.制御プログラムはワークフローツールで簡単なものが記述できるだけだが,すぐに実験を行い結果が確認できることから,いずれの学生たちも,より良いプログラムとなるようにと,自ら考え取り組んでくれた.

In this paper, we describe the implementation of student projects based on two solution-based learning designs that were developed to stimulate consideration of optimum solution-finding activities. We then discuss their educational effects as well as areas for further improvement. The first project was designed to develop student awareness and promote skills in evaluation, analysis, and optimization through the planning and implementation of driving patterns for a programmable robotic car. The second project was designed to develop student awareness and capabilities for considering the thoughts of others, as well as heightening their motivations for both.
